How long does it typically take to receive your physical SIM Card. I am at Day 8.

This SIM card shipment is within the estimated delivery timeframe that Publci Mobile provides. At this point, it would be premature for a customer to ask for any such account credit.

when you placed the order? Sim card delivery usually take around 1 to 2 weeks

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one
