I'm trying to do a SIM swap but it requires me to log in to My Account which I haven't registered for. I tried registering but I can't receive a verification code because I don't have access to my number. How would I solve this?

Once you get self serve account squared away just go in and click on change sim card, pretty painless process, follow the steps and you will be good to go
