I didn't use my SIM/account for a year. How can I activate it ?

@talnir every sim card has been activated cannot re-activate again. You have to buy a new sim. But you don't need to worry about that because PM currently has a promo for free sim card + $20 bill credit if activated sim at Walmart with TALK+TEXT Plan or $10 bill credit for friend referral reward with any plans to offset sim card cost.

You can also take a look at this thread. Similar case and they weren't able to re-activate it either.

Unfortunately not once the account has been in suspension for 90 days the account is shutdown, phone number is lost, and sim is garbage.

It was previously activated.
There is no way to re-activate it ?

If the card was previously activated and has not been used for a year, you are out of luck, that SIM has expired
If you have never activated the SIM on a Public Mobile plan, then head over here to activate a new plan. https://activate.publicmobile.ca/
