New iPhone 14 and the Public Mobile SIM keeps disconnecting. It will work for a few hours and then stops with a SOS. Restarted phone, updated to latest iOS, remove and reconnect SIM, still disconnecting. Contacted Apple support and they say to contact Public

@Andrew1969 Sounds like you should contact the CS Agent. You can contact them below. Maybe your SIM is damaged or defective. CS Agent should be able to determine whether you need a replacement SIM.

Signal is fine, 3 bars, and all our other Public serviced phone are fine. Only way to get signal back is to remove and reinstall SIM

@Andrew1969 How strong is the signal? Are you on the edge of getting signal with PM? Are you able to go somewhere where you get a stronger signal to see if it disconnects? How do you get signal back?
