Please note that PM is on a 30 days cycle and not a monthly cycle so it will change every 2 months.

The only way to force a cycle date change is to change your plan to a new plan on the date you want the new cycle to be on. However this would mean throwing away any unused time that you already prepaid for (no refunds).
But I would strongly advise against this because PM runs on a 30 at cycle (not monthly), so as soon as a 31 day month hits the date will change again anyway.

A customer support agent is unlikely to see your message post. As for billing date, this fluctuates from renewal to renewal and isn't always the same.
