I ordered a SIM card for my daughter on may 15th and still have no received it. I just wanted to find out what is happening with it.

The sim cards I ordered on April 28th has not arrived and it is May 31st today.  Anyone ordering online should be wary of this and maybe buy from Amazon, or go to a Telus store.  Or, seek another provider!

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive , if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect

HI @NicoleL   it could take as many as 3 weeks for PM to ship sim 

but submit a ticket with agent and ask them for order status

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

delivery could be as long as 3 weeks...usually less though.
