sorry to hear that,, but how you know it's your SIM card defective or has an issue not working? do you tried in other device.

@Tony1961 you confirmed your current one is broken? If not , you can try to test it on another phone
But if you are sure yours is broken and need a replacement or you need one for new activation, please pickup one from Telus or Koodo store around you. Do not order from PM online as it could take 1 to 3 weeks for delivery
If it is just a replacement, after you have the sim card, just login to My account and request Change Sim card

@Tony1961 hi your best bet is go to a koodo or telus store to pick one up,delivery from here could be 2 or 3 weeks
