@MarshaKrouse I would check with PM and see what they offer you.  They will likely say to send you another one.  But ask them to let you buy locally and let them reimburse you the extra cost

if you can hold on a few more days, I think it'll eventually arrive. Public Mobile uses Canada Post for delivery and it commonly takes up to 3 weeks for delivery. If in a hurry, get one on Amazon for under $5 with fast delivery.
