I paid for a SIM card got a confirmation by email but still have not received it it's been nearly a month

Oh .. long time. You have waited that long. wow...

 

I'm sure that pkt has been long lost in transit due to Xmas deliveries a month back. My non-PM deliveries did too. 

When you contact CS_Agent to sort this out, to make this faster, may be ask them if they could give you refund of what you ordered after cancelling the SIM they have sent( if someone else try to use it just in case) and credit of one SIM's price and you buy one locally.

"If you haven’t received your SIM card after 10 business days, please start a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon, to submit a ticket to our Customer Support Agents by clicking here."

Perhaps you can get one at a local retailer, and Public Mobile would credit you for this cost, since this took so long.

That is a way long time to receive mail. But I am aware of mail travelling from ON to BC longer than 1.5 months...

You can inquire with CSA but I can bet they will tell you 'it is in a mail'...

that does not look good.  But I don't think any tracking for SIM card delivery so it could be lost in the mail

 

Please open a ticket with PM support using Chatbot 

click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:

  1. Type: did not receive my sim card
  2. Then click "Contact Us" ,
  3. and then click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

 

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

A month is a very long time to have to wait for a SIM! Please send a private message to CS_Agent with your order details and they'll hopefully send you a couple SIMs ASAP.
