Hi, I subscribed to a mobile plan and paid for a SIM card 5 days ago. But I did not receive any payment confirmation with the order number, so I cannot track the shipment of my new SIM card. Can you check if my order is placed correctly? When I log in to my profile, I have the option to continue the Activation process, which I can not proceed with since I don't have a new SIM card. Please help by providing clarification and the status of my order.

could take a few weeks to arrive via Canada Post. Alternative...get one on Amazon for $5 with FAST shipping...free shipping if you or friend has a Prime account.

sim card usually ship and received in a week , but it could also take as many as 2 to 3 weeks
but you can ask PM support agent to confirm if your order went through and if the sim is on the way
