Data not working

Plan renewed today and now data won't connect. Tried all the basic troubleshooting methods suggested still nothing.

They got it resolved in record time well done team and thank you

agreed it takes way to long...but hang in there. In the mean time, restart your cellphone occasionally to see if anything improves. Come back here and let us know when it's fixed.

Yeah I did both of those already IM trying to expedite the process by coming here and posting about it because otherwise it takes multiple days for an issue to even be acknowledged

I did waiting on a response, just frustrating to lose a few days of data I pay for every couple months

log in to your account to confirm if you have data remaining. Then click the orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to start the process to contact Customer Support for their help.

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")

Already did that and all the usual, reset network settings, airplane mode, reset phone still won't connect

try restarting your cellphone.

try a network reset.
