every single month I have an issue with resubscribing to this service, either it takes days for my data to work, or like is happening again right now I get multiple charges for a single subscription. Frustrated with creating tickets every couple week...

Plan renewed today and now data won't connect. Tried all the basic troubleshooting methods suggested still nothing.
