Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Opened an account, purchased and received a SIM card for my wife, cannot download Public Mobile on her Iphone, Need OS 13, my phone does not support, used an Android phone instead, all the app does is black out the screen and shut the phone. Impossible to reach anybody to get help, I want to cancel the plan and get my money back, even that seems impossible.

what Android phone is that?

try to uninstall the app and delete browser cache first, then reinstall the app and test again

If you already activated partially online earlier, you got to the payment page and paid, then you can in fact ask support to help to complete it for you.   please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Sorry to hear you are experiencing troubles while trying to signup. Unfortunately the chat bot for creating tickets is incredibly broken and has no sign of getting fixed anytime soon.

Open a ticket through chatbot (type 'ticket', follow prompts). If it does not work read further (chatbot) how to contact agent directly.

Maybe app is not compatible with your phone's OS. What Android version do you have?
Just tried to install on Android v12 without any issues. It takes time to log in... I still prefer computer access but you cannot complete registration without an app...
