When I go to activate my SIM card it asks for a 19 digit number, but my SIM card is 20 digits. When I try to exclude the first or last number it says that my card is incorrect - SOS

@livdevine - sounds like you are using your current provider's SIM card.
You can purchase a SIM card online or instore. Follow this link to see how: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/sim-card
Or, online here: https://canadiancellsupplies.com/products/multi-sim-card-for-standard-micro-nano-devices-prepaid-sub...

Are you sure it is a PM SIM?
It should have 891223 0000 then the 9 unique number. If it doesn’t match then it is not a PM SIM.

Can you provide screenshot of your SIM card (the whole package - mask 3-4 numbers in the middle).
It looks like you do not have PM SIM. Maybe it is from other provider.
This is PM SIM:

@livdevine if you have a sim card with 20 digits, it is NOT a Public Mobile sim card. Please check again. All PM sim card should only have 19 digits. And make sure your PM sim card is brand new and never use for activation
