I can not make or receive calls on my phone. Everything else is workings. This occurred when I returned from Portugal and put my SIM card back in.

If rebooting your phone does not work, you can also try a network reset of phone. Toggle airplane mode on, then off. With the recent VoLTE roll out, there have been issues with talk.

@SFA do you see the phone connects to the network at all?is data or sms working?
first login to My Account using Incognito mode and check if account status is Active
Also, there has been some voice issue for some customers in the last couple days
Try this first, power off the phone for 5 mins and then power up and try again
If that does not work, please open a ticket with PM support for them to refresh your account, they will be able to resolve it
