My phone broke so I bought another phone. I also bought another SIM card from public mobile to go with the new phone. I can’t seem to change the SIM card number on my account. I NEED HELP!

Well so much for saving the new sim. You could have used the old one and added the frame parts. Oh well. Glad you got it figured out.

If you don’t have the spacer, you can go to any Telus/Koodo store or cell repair store and ask for the spacer for nano to micro size.

They normally throw this in at no charge.

@Surjit2 add or remove outer adapters as needed. In this case, sounds like you can remove the outer adapters from your new SIM card and add them around your existing one.

It’s a simple flip phone for elderly

Hi @DennyCrane they use regular sim.. but "regular" 2023 is nano or eSIM and iSIM very soon  🙂

I'm curious what phone in 2023 uses a regular size sim card.

But did the sim break? You can just move the sim from the broken phone to the new phone. Keep the new sim as a spare.

Does this need to be done on a desktop computer? I was using my nephews iPhone to do it but was not working in my account settings.

SIM swap should be straight forward:
