Was this when ordering a SIM card? If that's the case, I would not be too concerned about an incorrect postal code.  As long as there isn't another identical address in a different city (or the same city), you'll likely still receive your SIM card, but it could be delayed by a few days as it would get sorted in the mail incorrectly initially.

Your address at PM account does not matter much. Just pay the bill on time and service works as expected.

@Asmaabduwalli  If you wrote a valid postal code, but not yours then yeah, you should probably get that changed with Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA), who can be contacted by either two methods, found here:

edit, hum, just to make sure did you mean you are purchasing a SIM card through public mobile and you put the wrong postal for the shipping address? If so, then best to submit a ticket with CSA.

But if you meant you activated a sim card and you entered an incorrect postal code during the activation it is not as important to change it...unless you are porting and you need to match the previous provider's billing address.
