<span;>I purchased a SIM card from Public on Aug. 22, 2022.  The order # of which is 302952.  I received the SIM card on Aug. 29, 2022.  Today (Sept. 20), I received an email from Public that order 302952 is on the way to me.  Please note that this order has been fulfilled.  Please do not send another SIM card to me and charge me again.

We are all customers and members like you here @hkpigstoronto . If you do end up receiving another SIM card, then you have proof here in writing on this forum that you did not order the 2nd one. I'd say keep it as a spare or use it as a referral.

But if you were charged, then YES see other posts to connect with Public Mobile representative by submitting a ticket for a refund.

hello unfortunately Public has invented a new glitch you can ignore the text unless your  credit card was charged  in that case you will need to contact customer service 

There are two ways to contact a customer service agent , open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca

curious,  does the order # shows 303207 ??

looks like it's a system glitch and multiple customers got that email. Maybe  PM just sent the wrong email.

 

Check your credit card to see if PM actually charged you first. If they did charge you, opened a ticket with PM support and asked them to investigate
