Hello,

I have purchased an iPhone 11. This is the order number: 303927.

I was wondering if I will receive the SIM card. I have received the iPhone, but there was no SIM card in the box or inside the phone. 
Also, am I going to receive a $30 bill credit that I am supposed to receive with the purchase of a Certified Pre Owned phone?

@Chris001 there have been many reports lately that PM fulfillment forgot to include the sim card for phone orders.  So Open ticket with them and ask them to send it back

But it could take them as many as 3 weeks to ship a sim card.  If you need one urgently,  you will be better off to buy one from Telus or Koodo store  in your area
