I have an account and phone…just bought a new phone…do I use the present SIM card…what if the wrong size?

HI @Wayne48 If you got a new phone in the market now, then I think you will need nano size SIM
What is your old phone? can try to find out if it is the same size without you taking the sim tray out

Almost sim cards these days are tri-cut. You usually go smaller so if you currently use the micro size and the new phone uses the nano size just carefully snap the nano sim card out of the frame. Save the frame in case you ever need to go back up a size. If you have to go up a size and you dont have an extra frame most mobile shops will have extras they will give you.

@Wayne48 hi your present sim will work you may or may not need to break it down to a smaller size

@Wayne48 Yes, you can just remove the SIM card from the old phone and try to put it into the new phone, if size fits
If not, check if there is a "frame" outside that you can carefully take it off to make it smaller (Your new phone will likely be designed for nano sim)
If you have those really old one that the size cannot be changed, then you will have to buy a new SIM card from store, and request change SIM card from My Account:
