I've recently lost my old phone, and I bought another one, Lost the SIM too, but the SIM is not working, I changed the SIM on my account to this new one. but it still isn't working, anyway I can fix this?

Is it not working for calls or data or is it both ?
Make sure you have the correct APN settings.

@Icebergers Was the repacement card new? When you put in your phone what happens? Does it connect to the PM network? If you dial 611 what happens?

@Icebergersso to clarify, you got a new SIM card and you have activated it via your online account?
What do you mean it is not working? Does the phone display Public Moble and the location where service provider is displayed? (Top left hand corner).. have you tried reset the phone?
What kind of phone do you have?
