I transferred fido's number to piblic mobile last night. Maybe it was my input error that led to the activation of SIM but the wrong number.
Could you please tell me how to correct this error and change my public mobile number to my previous fido number again?
What's interesting, though, is that I mistakenly activated a public mobile number ending in 7, but I received the public mobile verification message on the fido number ending in 5.

@Adela7 I'm a little unclear. Did you port the wrong phone # or port to the wrong SiM? If it's the SIM, you can try to update yourself in your account. Go to profile and change SIM.

@Adela7 There is a porting team you can call and talk to live support, check with that what is the current status and see if you can tell them the correct info over the phone
Will message you the phone number, please check your Community inbox

As number porting has failed, you'll need to open a ticket to ask a Public Mobile customer support agent for help. Please use the chatbot to do that.
