SIM card reimbursement

Hi I signed up 2 days before black friday with the 34$ plan for 20gb and of course 2 days later they come out with a blackfriday deal for 34$ you get 40gb. I contacted an agent to see if he could change my plan on my account to the better deal.  He informed me that he could not do this until I activated my account and with my SIM card still on kts way in the mail he suggested that I go buy a public mobile SIM card at telus store and than contact an agent and they will give me a credit on my account for the price of the SIM card as long as I provide proof of purchase.  So this is what I did.  Unfortunately I cannot get in contact with any agents as tgis program just keeps giving me an error every time I contact an agent.  I even tried private messaging an agent and no reply.  What do you guys suggest I do to get my credit for having purchased tgis SIM card.

@Avoxxxx  great job so far! Your almost there! You said you tried to message them again but getting error messages. I know they were busy for the last few days so if the message was sent successfully then don't worry about it, they will keep their word. You just have to email or attach them your proof of purchase.  

If no reply back after 2 more days, message them again from another device if possible.
