Hi I have referred my friend and he has ordered a SIM card 3 weeks ago (together with signing up for a plan), but still have not received it yet. How can Public Mobile help about it?

Hey @TimC 

Currently the "Chick Ching" text isn't functioning correctly. Log into your account and you can see it there. Furthermore, you don't get the credit right away. It can take up to 72 hours AFTER the SIM card has been registered.

Your friend should contact a CS_Agent about their SIM order by typing in Submit a Ticket on Chatbot or dm them.
