I cannot change my plan even though my credit card information is correct. Does anyone else has this problem??

Hi. I have tried it before to lower my plan and it always works. I don’t know it wouldn’t work this time. The error said this:

Hi I have already try to change it on renewal date. But when I click pay it just keep loading and loading and didn’t say the change has been completed..

If you SEE a plan you like on your account then you CAN change to it. Do 'schedule plan change on next renewal' to avoid wasting money.
If you DO NOT see plan you like on your account then that plan is NOT available to you and you cannot have it.

Ate you trying to schedule a plan change using Change on Renewal? There were at least couple posts about this and they got an error. Try using browser with incognito mode or try using PM app
If same, then you need to ask PM to help to make the change for you
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

What plan do you have and what plan are you trying to change it to? What error if any are you getting?
Just a heads up, Public Mobile doesn't allow their customers to lower their price plans.
