Hi @Amparoook like you are not the only one got the email. If you don't see a charge on yiue credit card I think it is safe to just ignore it. Look like another IT screw up.

@Amparo You can ignore it as there appears to be a system glitch sending out errant emails about SIM card orders, unless you are seeing any charges on your payment card?

hi this is the newest glitch with Public if your cc was charged you need the help of a cs agent to inquire and ask for a refund
