SIM card number is "invalid"

No clue why my SIM card number is invalid. I entered it correctly and re-entered it several times. I even tried entering it on incognito mode on my browser. Anyone know what's wrong?

Is this a brand new SIM card that never been used and never been activated?  You just got it from a store?

Please note that sim that previously activated will not be able to used anymore

@janzhensoohoo22yea the system is having a mini meltdown with all the upgrades yesterday you may need to wait an hour for a reset and try again
