My SIM card is locked and I don’t know my pin. I don’t understand, I paid for it and i can’t even have access to anything. Public mobile won’t even let me change my email either because to reset the code I need an email but I can’t because that was my old email which I don’t have access to either

@AyeshaMursal was this phone ever used on PM network? if it is first time this phone used on PM network, very likely it is a carrier unlok PUK you need and you need to ask your old carrier or the carrier you got the phone from to provide you that
And you have another phone to test the PM sim card? if it work on another phone, that further confirm it is NOT a sim card PUK you need

I need Puk code but I have not received it. I don’t even remember the message.

Try 1234 and see if it helps, it is the default for all PM sim
