@Pandalover if you just activated an account, restarting with the new SIM card inside is good to trigger the network.

If you are a current customer, restarting is just good to do once in while, regardless. Try to make a habit of restarting your phone weekly. Or shutting it down overnight a couple times a week.

It is good for the network on the device and may fix up or prevent issues from arrising.

You need to reboot you phone at least once a week or it will start to not function properly kind of like humans if they they don't get enough sleep. Phones need downtime too.

Try restarting your phone, or removing your SIM, then reinserting it.

Perform a reset of you network settings, see if that helps.

Maybe check if your phone is blacklisted here, just to make sure: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/

If still issues, check the 4 digits listed under the Change Sim Card option in self serve and make sure they match the last 4 numbers on your actual SIM card.

My account status is active, no I don't have any network service that's connected. My next payment is March 19th.

@Pandalover

Is your account active? But you have no service on your sim card? Test your sim card in another phone to see if you get the same result. It's possible you just need your card reprovisioned or possibly the sim card is defective. Check to see if the last 4 digits of your sim card match the ones in your account. If they do not immediately change your password and security question and answer and contact customer support.

@Pandalover What's your account status? Do you get any signal on your phone? When is your renewal date?
