@SK_1969 , as I have mentioned to another Customer that has asked a few minutes ago:
If it turns out that you are unable to cancel one of the SIM Cards you can save it as a spare in case one gets damaged or lost. Or you can pass it onto someone you know that can use your friend referral code for a one time $10 credit on their account & you will receive 1 point every 30 days (from your renewal date) they stay with Public Mobile with an active subscription 😉

@SK_1969 SIM card are non refundable. Your only hope is to contact support and ask not to ship it if it hasn’t left the warehouse already . Best of luck

Add it’s good to have a spare SIM card anyways incase you lose it damage it . And for friend referrals to @SK_1969
