I ordered a SIM card and $25 phone plan on August 24/25. It has been 18 business days and i have not received my SIM card. I dropped by a Telus store today and all they can do is offer a SIM card for $10. How can i cancel this order? I don't believe I will get the SIM card and I can't connect to the Network to activate the phone plan I paid for. I have since bought a new phone and it could take an esim so perhaps if i could cancel the previous purchase and change to an esim. Any suggestions out there?????

Did you use the PM app to update the sim card number? Easier to stay with physical sim and download PM app , login and enter sim number
Or if you need PM to help, open them a ticket. You can also them to reimburse you the amount you paid extra for the other sim, or if you want to change to eSIM
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble with open ticket using Chatbot, then message them using this link: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
