Solving 3G network

Hi there, I received a msg from you explaining me about the use of 3G of my phone, which will be shutting down.  I would like to continue with Public Mobile. That is why, I have a question: I have an iPhone 12 with my phone number from Mexico. However, in my past job here in Canada my boss added a number from Zoom Canada. So, I had both numbers in my iPhone for I while. I am not working there anymore and I don’t have that number from Zoom Canada in my phone anymore, thus, would it be possible for me to do the same now with you, with my Public Mobile number? If so, could you help me with the steps to take in order to do it? Because as I mentioned before, last time my former boss did it for me and I am not a tech savvy. I have already downloaded the app to my iPhone - which I couldn’t download to my Samsung -  and I can login in from there. Thanks

Thanks

@RosySR numbers are tied to sim card or eSIM and not work phone

If you have the Mexican number with physical sim, just replace with PM sim, you won't lose anything.  If esim, it can't store 8 eSIM profiles

The thing is that my iPhone has the SIM card of my phone number in Mexico and I don't want to lose it. I would like to keep both in the same phone as I did with the other number from Canada. So I was wondering if an eSim from the phone number from Public Mobile could work.

hi @RosySR

you can put your PM  sim card in the iPhone 12 and would not have the problem with the 3G issue.  iPhone 12 can use VoLTE instead of 3G for voice calls and would not be affected by the 3G shutdown
