SIM card Issue

I still haven’t received the SIM card which I order it on February 2, can you please contact me?

Hello @TFung 

We are all customers like you. I assume you mean January 2nd. It takes up to 3-4 weeks to get it in the mail. If you still haven't received it by the end of the week, reach out to a CS Agent via this link.

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks

If it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way.  They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost
