@Amtul buy new sim from Telus or Koodo corporate stores. Yes, some are not corporate, check the PM main page for location

First get a new sim card from Telus or Koodo store or from Amazon:

(do not try to get it from PM support as it takes them long to deliver)
Once you got the new sim card, you can then login to My Account, click Change Sim card from Quick Links on top right, then follow the steps to enter the new sim card number.
