Did you mean to private message CS_Agent ? If so, go to your envelope and enter CS_Agent in the "Send To" field to connect with Public employees.

you can easily do it yourself by logging into My Account, using only a desktop or laptop, not mobile as there were glitches

Go to Profile page, then click the pen icon beside sim card and update
