Trying to move my wife’s cell. I entered an incorrect IMEI. How do I go about correcting this? I have tried many times to get back to the screen to change this number, can’t get there. Help. Need a pathway to get me there. Then finish the activation. Thanks.

It is better to provide old provider account number than IMEI. There is a number to call to talk to live support, Provide them the correct info and they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
