Paid for a new subscription online since Dec 26, 2023 and still to receive my SIM. What is happening no contact to call this guys.

Have you tried going to a Telus store near you to pick up a SIM for PM from them?  I did receive my SIM in the mail and it only took 3 days.

I ordered mine on December 28 and still haven't received it either. Feels annoying to pay for it outright but then not be able to use it.

@Ethy  It should arrive very soon and the plan won’t start until you activate the sim on the app  but note

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send  a  private message   To CS_Agents
