Hey,
I ordered 2 sim cards on Black Friday (25 Nov 2022), Order 317306. On the email it said "Your order should arrive in 5-10 business days." Nothing has arrived yet, any ideas?

It has been 3.5 weeks so contact a CS_Agent regarding your order by Creating a Ticket on SIMon Chatbot at the bottom of the page or private message them on the envelope icon above.

@wil2cool sim card delivery could take 5 days to 3 weeks. In your case, it should have came anyway
