Hi: I placed an order for a SIM card (Order 298176) on July 21, 2022. I received notification that it had been mailed on July 25, 2022. To date, I have not yet received it. Could you pl look into this delay? Thanks.

Canada Post is not overwhelmed nor does it currently have any service alerts for Canada..go and check their website.. I am personally experiencing 3 business day deliveries across 4 provinces in a rural destination. If it's taking more than 10 days for a tiny SIM card it was either lost or the order never sent and the OP should submit a ticket.

If it goes past 10 working days @is2003 I would submit a ticket to CSA to let them know.

We're all just Forum members here...not PM Employees.
Give it 3 weeks for the sim to arrive.
Go to a Telus / Koodo kiosk if there's a mall near you.
