hi @Mehv
you don't use chatbot to reply with pictures
if PM agent already talking to you, you can continue replying them there and you can paste the pictures there
but if PM agent has not start talking to you yet, you will need to message CS_agent directly here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
Remember CS_agent will reply to your Community inbox within 2 to 4 hours, please check your inbox here:

(sorry, this is not redundant, I am directly replying OP's question)

Hello @ Mehv,
If the SIM card hasn't arrived yet, you can buy one from a nearby store or online from Amazon, and we will apply a credit equal to the value of the SIM after activation. You just need to send us a picture of the receipt.

Canada Post is not on strike so kindly cast your blame elsewhere

Blame Canada Post and their 'rotting strike'.
To contact PM open a ticket through chatbot.

Hi, thanks for the reply, how do I contact a CS_Agent to get the refund? I can't make any calls because my last number has already been disabled.

Best to contact a CS_Agent to arrange to pickup a SIM from a Telus/Koodo or a Mobile Klinik store and receive a credit for the SIM that didn’t arrive.
Or one from Amazon for $5 with faster shipping.
