I had originally misplaced my phone # ***** back in June i believe and activated a new Triple Punch sim card # ***** in replacement. I would now like to reactivate my old sim card # ***** back to my phone #,so i can then give the Triple Punch sim card to my son who wants to Port his smart phone # from FIDO to you guys. Can you please help me because when i tried to do it through my Account, it said Sim is not valid or is already being used.

I agree with hummuschips. You cannot reactivate an old SIM card. I remember a Koodo rep telling me that you can only reactivate it if it's been a week or so since deactivation.

unfortunately I think you will need to order a new SIM for your son. The old card will not be able to be reactivated.

@canpac, why don't you just order a new SIM for your son? If he's porting in from Fido, it's free. PM will credit you the SIM cost back once you've activated it.
