Running out of data but can’t purchase Add on

Hi there, I’m currently on a 60gb a month plan but I’m about to use up all my data as I’ve been without wifi. I go onto the app to purchase a Canadian data add on and all I can see is “US roaming data” add ons. When I filter to Canada Data add on nothing appears. Can anyone help with this? Thanks

Normally, we would suggest submitting a ticket for CSA, but that system is not working.

Send a private message to CSA through the following link :

CSA should respond within 1-2 hours, but it is near the end of the day.

Yeaah for some reason the app just appears to be glitching and I get a blank screen when I filter for Canadian Data add ons. Even when I login to my account on the website I don’t see any. I very rarely go over my allowance, I think it’s 60gb rather than unlimited. My internet is getting installed in the next couple days so if I can just renew my subscription early that would be great. How do I get in contact with an agent to renew early?  Thanks for the help btw !

Are you on the unlimited throttled data plans?  Once you run out of your data allotment, you will get throttled unlimited data?  If so, at the present time, you are unable to purchase Canada data add on.  I guess that PM assumes that you will be using your very slow throttled data.

Might also want to check your account via the website.  I can see the Canadian data add on via the app and website.

Add ons are quite expensive.  You can consider contacting customer service agent to renew your same plan earlier.  Or if you often go over 60 GB, see whether you can change your plan immediately to another big data plan. Note: PM does not pro-rate plans.

I just looked...it's there; 1GB data add-on for $15.

Maybe better to upgrade to plan with more data...maybe ?
