The closest thing you can get to rollover data is 90 day subscriptions (which aren't always offered). With those plans you prepay up front for 90 days of service, and you get your full data allotment up front, which can be used over 90 days.
But you're asking about calling minutes as well, which tells me you're probably on a $15 plan. $15 and under plans are/were the only plans that didn't come with unlimited calling, and those plans have never been available as 90 day subscriptions as far as I can recall.

For further clarification, if you purchase long distance talk minutes add ons, these minutes will roll over to the next payment cycle until used up. Data add ons expire after 30 days.

nope...whatever is left at day 30 of your plan is gone and you get a fresh batch. All current plans have unlimited calling minutes.

Sorry, but any plan minutes and plan data expire upon the plan billing cycle ending.
