Im travelling to the Caribbean soon, I’m just checking is roaming only offered for the US?

Yep...you won't have Public Mobile service while in Aruba. Download the free WhatsApp to keep in contact with other WhatsApp'ers using your local wifi or separately purchased data. Have fam and friends download WhatsApp and you can keep in touch (talk and text) for free using wifi.

no roaming outside Canada, Mexico or usa. It'll work in US Virgin Islands and PR. 

added...you need either a 15 Day US Roaming add-on OR one of the Canada / US / Mexico plans.
