Hi, is there any subscription that offers international roaming so I can receive/make calls and text from different countries worldwide?

hi @a1986 yes, it is a known issue, that's why as suggested above: for 2FA, you just need to change it to receive via email or via authenticator app before your trip
Almost all banks will have alternate ways for you to choose to receive 2FA, please check with them directly

The purpose of TextNow is to be able to text and call people back home. Since PM only works in the three countries mentioned, you still won't be able to get any OTP codes no matter what. You'd have to find a different provider like Telus who offers those options, but at a higher price.

Public Mobile only works in Canada, the United States and Mexico. There is no roaming outside these three countries.
If I may make a suggestion though that might be worth looking into. You can download an app like TextNow, pick a local number to where you live now. Then, look at getting a eSIM from Airalo. Here's the link.

HI @a1986
Sorry, PM has only roaming in US and Mexico and really nowhere else
Reality is while roaming is convenient, but roaming with Canadian mobile carriers is actually expensive. If your main usage is data, use travel esim or travel data sim, which are way cheaper
for voice calls, you can then add VoIP app TextNow to make and recevie call using a different number assigned by the VoIP app
but for 2FA, you just need to change it to receive via email or via authenticator app before your trip
