Hi, is there any subscription that offers international roaming so I can receive/make calls and text from different countries worldwide?

The thing with TextNow is that if I needed to contact my bank or any governmental service, they won't take my call through a TextNow phone number, and I won't receive an OTP code on it as well! Any other suggestions?
