I can't seem to connect to roaming in Thailand

If you have Whatsapps. You can use it for calling and texting when connected on wifi.
My relatives was in Thailand last year for the first time and they used Whatsapps to call and send us pictures during their whole trip.

Roaming service is only offered in the United States.
