I purchased funds but it wouldn’t let me purchase roaming. The “buy add-on” button doesn’t work

Also @SriD  did you hit the " + " sign of the addon you want to add to your account...like shown in this example.. PLUS SIGN on the right, bottom:

Try logging out, clearing cache and cookies, opening incognito tab,  then log into self serve again. 

 

Now,  does the Available Funds equal the desired add on your wish to purchase? 

 

Try to select it again.  Then connect to the T Mobile network  (when in the US)

 

Then reboot your device.

@SriD  - do you have an Active Public Mobile Plan ? 

You can only purchase and use any addon with a current Active Plan.

 

 

Note, when purchasing an Add-On, be sure to:
1. Add funds to your account, if you don't have sufficient funds  

2. Go back to the Add-Ons page and select your Add-On.

You added funds to your account balance. Can you go back and select your US Roaming add on again, confirm and submit your purchase. Are you currently in the US? US Roaming add ons start at the time of purchase and expire 240 hours (24 hours ×10 days) later.
