Ringer

When someone calls my cell phone doesn’t ring. I have upped the volume, made sure it is unmuted and have asked other people to look 

at my cell yo see if we can figure out why this is happening. I need my cell for work and am missing calls so I really need to get this fixed. Asap. Thanks

If using an iPhone...click Settings > look for Bluetooth...if it's enabled; disable it.

so , you receive no calls at all? or calls came just not ring?

did you just joined PM with Porting for just couple days? if you did, it is a porting problem

try disabling bluetooth in cellphone settings...see if that does the trick.
