Your friend already activated with the code you provided and you are trying to find the missing reward?
Have the friend, the one who just activated, to setup set up a Community account here, then open a ticket with Chatbot. Follow this to get the the ticket opening page quicker:

How Does It Work?

Plus, your friend will receive a one-time credit of $10. You’ll continue to earn Rewards on plan renewal dates as long as your friends remain active customers. If you’re on a 90-day plan, this means you’ll earn $3 every 90 days for each friend.
How Do I Refer A Friend?
When your friend is activating their SIM card, they will need to enter your unique referral code. You can find your code in the Overview page of your Self Serve:

You d not have to do anything yourself if following steps are taken:
1. Provide your referral code to you friend
2. During signing up with PM he/she has to enter your referral code into appropriate field on a screen
3. You will get $1 off on next renewal
4. Friend will get $10 added to his/her PM account within 3 days.
5. If all is done correctly, on your account you will see last 4 digits on your friend's phone number:
IF friend fails to enter your referral code, he/she will have to contact CSA so they can adjust that.

When the person you refers signs up with your referral code for an account then you will receive the $1 award applied to your account. They will receive the $10 award within 72 hours.

The referred person needs to enter your referral code when he/she activates his SIM /account.
Edit: The referee will get the $10 in 1-3 days and you'll get the $1 credited to your account every 30 days .

@Amoy Give your friend the Referral code and he /she put it there during activation .
Logon to my Account and your referral code is on the top right
You should see the $1 shortly after your friends activation while your friend will see the $10 within 72 hours.
If any issue , either one not see the referral applied, your friend will be the one open ticket with PM to get it sorted out
